-These difference security levels exist on the [[uss harbinger|USS Harbinger]] And are used by the computer to determine the access granted to an officer when accessing information.
-  * **Alpha 1** This is the highest level onboard the ship, and is only granted to the Commanding Officer and the Executive Officer, allowing them full and complete access to a majority of files on the ship. It is superseded only by the clearance of Omega 1, which is granted mostly to admirals.
-  * **Alpha 2** A clearance given only to the second officer and the Chief Intelligence Officer. It gives access to virtually every file that Alpha 1 gives, except the mission briefing from Starfleet.
